3. Eligibility
You must meet minimum legal age requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate registration information and secure account credentials.
4. Single Account Policy
Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts per household, IP range, device cluster, or payment identity are prohibited unless we provide written approval in advance.
5. Account Integrity
You must not impersonate others, provide false data, or transfer/sell accounts. We may request identity or ownership verification for security and payout integrity.

6. VPN/Proxy/TOR Ban
The use of VPNs, Proxies, or any tools to mask your true location is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of all rewards.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Automation, bots, emulators (where prohibited), fake installs, event spoofing, offer abuse, misleading claims, and any manipulation of tracking or reward systems are forbidden.
8. Reward Validation and Reversals
Rewards are conditional until validated. We may withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards if events are invalid, duplicated, rejected by partners, or linked to suspicious activity.
9. Third-Party Offerwall Responsibility
LootsQuest is a platform and is not responsible if a third-party offerwall fails to track, approves late, rejects, or does not pay for a completed quest. Offer providers decide availability, eligibility, and final tracking outcomes under their own systems and policies.
10. Data Shared for Offer Verification
To verify conversions and anti-fraud checks, we may share limited identifiers (including LootsQuest User ID and click/conversion references) with relevant partners.
11. Rewards Are Not Sold
LootsQuest does not sell paid digital currency in the app. Rewards are earned from eligible activity and redeemed through available cashout or game-reward methods, subject to validation and availability.
12. Enforcement
Violations may lead to warnings, offer disqualification, payout blocks, account suspension, termination, and reward forfeiture without prior notice where fraud risk is high.
13. Service Availability
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, offers, or partner integrations at any time. Offer availability can vary by region, device, and provider controls.
14. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or third-party provider failures outside our control.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after publication means acceptance of updated Terms.
